What We’re Looking For

  • 4-year college degree in business or a tech-related field, or equivalent experience,
  • Prior experience in sales development, inside sales, fundraising or recruiting,
  • Comfort using Salesforce or another CRM system,
  • Over-the-top motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create conversations,
  • Demonstrable competitive attitude and a drive to hit your numbers,
  • Willingness to commit to learning and practicing new skills to develop your sales career.
